Terms of service

The service

Gaffio gives contractors tools to find clients, run outreach and ads, and manage jobs, quotes and subcontractors. Some features use third party services and may change or be withdrawn.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and act for a business. Keep your sign in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.

Plans, wallet and payments

Plans are billed monthly in advance by card. There are three plans: Starter, Pro and Tenders. Pro and Tenders include a set amount of usage each month, which does not roll over. Other usage such as Lead Finder, outreach and ads is paid from your prepaid wallet. Prices are shown in the app and include VAT only where stated.

The Tenders plan is opened company by company at our discretion. We may offer lower prices to some members, such as Contractor Club members. Your monthly charge stays what it was when you joined unless we give you notice of a change.

Wallet top ups are used for usage and are not refundable for work already done. Unused campaign money is returned to your wallet balance.

You can cancel a plan at any time. It runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Starting, cancelling and the 14 day money back

There is no free trial. You pay for your plan when you sign up, and the plan starts when your payment is taken.

If you change your mind, ask us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that first plan payment in full. This covers the plan charge only. Wallet top ups already used for Lead Finder, outreach, ads or other usage are not refunded, and the refund does not cover work already done.

After the 14 days you can still cancel at any time. The plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.

Your content

You own the data you add. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to add it, including any personal data.

Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We can pause or close accounts that break it.

Advertising

Managed ads run from our own advertising account. You must give accurate details and follow Meta's rules. We may pause a campaign at any time, for example if Meta rejects it or results fall outside agreed limits.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Gaffio running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We do not promise any amount of leads, replies or work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms. You can ask us to export your data first.
